This is a great event for the new or the experienced triathlete, looking to tune up for a longer race.
The new triathlete will accomplish an event that involves 3 fitness areas, while the experienced triathlete can get a practice in on transistions while being timed.
If you feel that you alone cannot accomplish this event, get a 3 person team together and compete against other teams, helping push the individuals to better times.
